Telephone Systems
Communication plays a big role in your every day business operations. You can’t run a successful business without an efficient telephone system. It’s not just to receive calls. Your telephone system also allows you to effectively communicate internally, handle large call volumes, automate certain processes to boost productivity and reduce wait times.
We deploy and maintain professional grade IP PBX telephone systems to put you ahead of the game. You may already have a telephone system and are wondering why you should upgrade. Let us explain:
What Cool Features Do I Get?
Voicemail
Can't answer the phone right now? Record a personal voicemail message that connects with your customers and allow them to leave important messages that you can return to.
Digital Receptionist
No need to answer the call immediately. Let our telephone system be the first point of contact. Customers can interact with a series of menus with audible feedback that will ensure their call gets routed correctly.
Conference Calling
Have meetings with employees, or even customers by using the conference call feature. Connect multiple extensions or telephone lines to a single call.
Call Forwarding
Out of office but still need to receive important business calls? Forward your extension to your mobile phone. Seamless and unbeknownst to your customer.
Queuing
Large call volume? Allow customers to be placed in a queue with ambient music, advertisements or any message you prefer to allow yourself time to assist.
Remote Staff
Work from home culture? Setup employees with their own extensions at their home which ties back in to your main telephone system back at the office.

PBX stands for Private Branch Exchange, which allows your staff to communicate internally (extensions). If you only have a single telephone in your business, most commonly just provided by your telecoms company, then chances are you don't have a PBX.
If you have several extensions in your company and staff can communicate internally by calling each other's extension, then you have a PBX.
An IP PBX differs from the old form of PBX which used to be analogue because an IP PBX uses VOIP (Voice Over IP). If you're not tech savvy and that just went over your head, the main thing you need to know is that in the past, a PBX would require totally separate cabling and infrastructure from everything else in your business. Now, with an IP PBX, it can run on your existing network or be integrated into your new one.
One of the main benefits is that you can save on infrastructure and simplify your network as an IP PBX can use the same physical cabling as you would normally use for your data (i.e. where you connect your computers to the local network). Each employee would have access to the local network and their own extension from a single point in the wall.
Of course, for networking reasons - as everyone's use case differs - let's say you would need or you prefer to have separate cabling for your handsets, you can still do that too. That's how flexible an IP PBX is.
Speaking of flexibility, you can switch extensions (carry one handset over to another location) and keep the same extension number easily. Everything is programmed and easily customizable.
Not to mention all the other features listed above that you can benefit from if you don't have a PBX at all at the moment. If you do have a PBX, you may have some of these features already.
